Coalspur has completed both rotary and core drilling on the Vista South project which has begun to delineating the coal resource on these areas. Vista South has the potential to host a large coal resource on the limbs of the entrance syncline which extend for ~25km on each limb. Future drilling programs will incorporate the historical exploration drilling completed in the region and will further define the Coalspur formation throughout the northern limb of the Entrance Syncline on Vista South. Recent exploratory drilling efforts on Vista South have confirmed that mineralization exists outside the current resource model and through fault repetition the thickness of the McPherson seam is up to 28m in certain parts of the northern limb of the Entrance Syncline.
