The company is currently completing both rotary and core drilling on the Vista South project with the objective of delineating a further coal resource on these areas. The project has the potential to host a large coal resource on the limbs of the entrance syncline which extend for ~25km on each limb. The drilling program will incorporate the historical exploration drilling completed in the region and is designed to further define the Coalspur formation throughout the northern limb of the Entrance Syncline on Vista South. The exploration drilling on Vista South will focus on the central portion of the Entrance Syncline.

Recent exploratory drilling efforts on Vista South have confirmed that mineralization exists outside the current resource model and through fault repetition the thickness of the McPherson seam is up to 28m in certain parts of the northern limb of the Entrance Syncline. The Company anticipates the current drilling program to identify additional Coal Resources and will be utilized to further update the Vista South resource model.
